IARP- Workshop on Cognitive Robotics in Surgery
26th - 28th January 2012 Heidelberg, Germany

IARP-International Advanced Robotics Programme is an initiative founded on the economic summit in Versailles in 1982 with the goal to strenghten the international cooperation for advanced robotics.

From time to time a workshop is planned in which the individual countries inform each other about the state in their country of the special robotic area.

The theme in January is Cognitive Robotics in Surgery.

It is planned to have lectures on 26th and 27th of January in Heidelberg and to have the opportunity to visit laboratories at the KIT Karlsruhe on 28th of January.
